  1. CA PRATIK P. GUJRATHI – M.COM, CA
    1. CA Pratik Gujrathi is the founder member of the firm and associate member of ICAI. He did his Bachelor of Commerce from BMCC- Pune University in the year 2008.
    2. He has worked across entire range of consultancy relating to assurance, taxation including planning for Corporate & non- resident Indians and rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA matters and also representation before Tax Authorities in Assessments and Appellate Proceedings.
    3. He is also actively involved in writing articles in various journals and solving queries on various forums and coordinator in Pune Central Study Circle – Formed under ICAI having primary objective to organize group discussions, lecture meetings, seminars and other programs for benefit of members.
    4. He is dynamic, go getter, visionary and far-sighted professional having pitched his sight on steering this firm to pinnacle of glory by providing end to end solution under various revenue and allied laws under one umbrella.
    5. He has also cleared the Certification Course for Independent Directors conducted by IICA (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs) under Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  2. CS ARPITA P. GUJRATHI – B.COM, DTL, CS
    1. CS Arpita Gujrathi is a senior member of the firm and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also holds a Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce.
    2. She has immense knowledge and is currently practicing corporate, legal, secretarial, corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations and joint venture services.
    3. She has a diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
  3. MR. ARJUN MALGHE – M.COM, G.D.C&A
    1. Mr. Arjun Malghe is the senior most experienced member & holds over 12 years of practice as a Certified Auditor in auditing of various co-operative banks, co-operative societies, trusts, educational institutions, housing societies, agricultural societies & other types of co-operative societies.
    2. Dedicated professional with extensive knowledge of Internal Audit. Reviewed and Monitored audit checks to analyze deficiencies or lack of compliance.
    3. Committed to providing the best care to clients through transparent communication.
    4. Skilled in Account Writing, Society Management Consultancy & Managerial Services.
    5. Periodically test the design & effectiveness of internal controls by completing walk- trough’s of complex business processes & analyzing results.
  4. SHIVSHANKAR RANDALE – GDCA, M.COM, LLB
    1. Mr. Shivshankar Randale is a crucial member of our firm with a Masters degree in the field of commerce alongside a Government Diploma in Co-operation & Accountancy (GDC&A).
    2. He holds over 2 years of practice as a Certified Auditor in auditing of various co-operative societies, trusts, educational institutions, housing societies, & other types of co-operative Societies.
    3. He is experienced in Income Tax E-Filing, other taxation matters & also representation. Before tax authorities in assessments and appellate proceedings , GST Proceedings etc.
    4. Skilled in project financing & other related consultancy services.
    5. Specialized knowledge in auditing & accounting of charitable trust, educational institutions & Bank audits including Statutory audit, Concurrent audit, Revenue audit, Stock audit, Internal audit, EDP audit.
